At Publcity.com, we aim to provide reliable publishing, editorial review, content writing, article refresh, and promotional services. Please review this policy before purchasing.
1. Sponsored Publishing and Link Insertion
Payments are generally non-refundable once an article has been published or a link insertion has been completed. If Publcity.com rejects a submission before publication, a refund or suitable alternative may be offered, depending on the circumstances and the service purchased.
2. Content Writing Services
Refunds may be considered if work has not started. Once writing or other agreed work has begun, refunds are generally not available. If Publcity.com is unable to deliver the agreed service, we will review the circumstances and may offer a refund or alternative solution.
3. Article Refresh
Article Refresh services involve updating, improving, or promoting existing content in accordance with the agreed scope of work. Refunds may be considered if work has not started. Once editing, updating, promoting, or other agreed work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable. If Publcity.com cannot deliver the agreed service, we will review the circumstances and may offer a refund or alternative solution. Remaining credits are only transferable to other users.
4. Standard Review
Standard Review submissions enter Publcity’s normal editorial queue and are reviewed according to our editorial guidelines. As no specific review timeframe is guaranteed, payments are generally non-refundable once the review process has begun.
5. Priority Review
Priority Review includes priority editorial attention, a decision within 1–3 days of submission, editorial improvements, and featured image assistance where a suitable image has not been supplied.
If Publcity.com cannot provide a decision within the stated timeframe, the customer may request a refund of the Priority Review fee. Any refund applies to the Priority Review fee only and does not automatically cover separate services already delivered.
6. Editorial Decisions and Content Requirements
All submissions are subject to Publcity.com’s editorial guidelines. Payment does not guarantee publication or acceptance unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Submissions containing unsuitable or prohibited content, failing to meet our guidelines, or requiring extensive rewrites or major content development may be rejected or require a separate arrangement. These circumstances do not automatically qualify for a refund, except where a refund is expressly provided for under this policy or required by law.
7. Duplicate Payments and Billing Errors
Duplicate payments and verified billing errors will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
8. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@publcity.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Each request will be reviewed in accordance with this policy. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.
By purchasing a service from Publcity.com, you acknowledge this policy. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Publcity.com reserves the right to update this policy when necessary.
